Über die Rolle: - Kaufmännische Betreuung von Bauprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bau- und Projektleitung - Kostenkontrolle und -verfolgung während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit - Erstellung und Prüfung von Rechnungen (Nachunternehmer- und Lieferantenrechnungen, Abschlags- und Schlussrechnungen). - Vertragsmanagement: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Verwaltung von Verträgen mit Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten - Bearbeitung von Nachträgen in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung - Dokumentation und Berichtswesen: Pflege der projektbezogenen kaufmännischen Unterlagen und Erstellung von Reportings - Liquiditätsplanung und...
