We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Child First Family Resource Partner (FRP) in Leland, NC to join our team. Your Role in Our Mission: As a Child First Family Resource Partner, you’ll work with a licensed clinician to deliver home-based services that strengthen caregiver-child relationships and connect families to community supports. You’ll lead efforts to reduce stress by coordinating access to needed services, support family assessments and planning, and help navigate systems like mental health, DSS, and housing.
