Description: Supports the economic mobility of youth and adults in Central Indiana. Serves as a critical member of each participant's support system and focuses on one-on-one and small group interactions with participants to support their work, life, and learning goals. Guides career choice, employment, training and further education opportunities. Engages with a variety of partners and stakeholders to foster connections among participants and a variety of healthcare career pathways and support services. Engages in outreach and recruitment of participants. Assesses participant interest areas, strengths, work history, educational attainment, skills, abilities, and competencies; supports participants in finding an employment and career pathway match.
