Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience in network operations. - Experience in a data networking leadership or people management role. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in managing or leading large operations teams. - Ability to use, understand and navigate Element Management System (EMS) and Network Management System (NMS) systems to manage optical networks.
