Role Summary: This role provides first-line support to the employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining the network systems, and implementing IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This role requires good communications and prioritisation skills with the ability to work closely with the IT team as well as being independently driven. The role needs to be highly mobile and able to support 5 of our sites in the Southeast Melbourne area, these being in South Dandenong, Hallam, Keysborough, Scoresby and Braeside.
