Description Position Summary: The Facility Manager (FM) is the primary caretaker and operator responsible for the full physical upkeep, safety, and customer readiness of one or more Autowash locations. This role is designed around complete property ownership —ensuring the building, site, grounds, and all customer touchpoints reflect the Autowash brand standard. While FMs support minor maintenance and troubleshooting of wash systems, their main focus is on the long-term integrity of the property , including exterior appearance, cleanliness, safety, lighting, landscaping, signage, and building condition. They are expected to proactively identify issues, communicate repair needs, and take pride in maintaining a clean, inviting, and fully operational site for customers.
