The incumbent serves as a Grant Analyst for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) and Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) Cooperative Agreements. Fiscal Management - Incumbent is responsible to create and maintain HPP and PHEP checkbooks as assigned for the analysis, reconciliation, and correction of cooperative agreement fiscal activity using standard DOH tools including FLAIR, RDS, FIS and excel.
