Senior Developer – CNS: Location: Southampton (Hybrid) We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Developer to join CNS in Southampton and play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality software across our customs and logistics platforms. This role sits at the heart of CNS technology delivery, working closely with the Lead Developer and wider stakeholders to build secure, scalable, and maintainable applications. You’ll collaborate with project managers, business analysts, QA, IT operations, and other technical teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. As a Senior Developer, you’ll take ownership of complex development tasks, contribute to architectural discussions, and support the continuous improvement of engineering standards and practices. This position is ideal for a strong Java developer who enjoys working across the full software development lifecycle, mentoring others, and contributing to the delivery of modern, resilient systems in a fast‑moving, enterprise environment.
