Job Description: This position will be responsible for Sanitation of the processing and manufacturing equipment with the safety, the quality and speed required by the plant standards. Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-12am, Friday 12pm-8:30pm Responsibilities: Responsible for recycling materials, scraps pallets, and proper organization of loads in the recycle trucks. Clean and sanitize all equipment in accordance with SOPs Ability to work in the freezer and cooler when required, cleaning floors, including: Freezer, cooler, Warehouse, and Production areas. Support for production, shipping and receiving departments when needed to cover vacation or breaks. Record Keeping: Follow GMP, Safety, and Chemical rules ​ Experience, Skills, Education: Understanding of production and plant processes Ability to follow written and oral instructions. Ability to lift heavy equipment, bend, and stand or walk for long periods of time.
