Its main objectives are to reduce costs, provide high-quality service to internal stakeholders, and manage external risks. To achieve these goals, the Procurement Department contributes to building and leading the Group procurement community through benchmarking, coordination, the sharing of best practices and tools, and the use of a common framework.
