About the Position: Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center (COCMHC) in Norman, Oklahoma provides Registered Nurses with the opportunity to work within the Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. The PACT program serves individuals with severe and persistent mental health disorders, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and bipolar disorder with psychotic features. The program is designed to support clients in achieving and maintaining stability within their homes and communities. Services are delivered in community-based settings across Cleveland and McClain counties, including client homes. Registered Nurses function as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, collaborating with other professionals to assess needs, coordinate care, and provide ongoing support to clients. Primary Duties Include (but are not limited to): Attending daily interdisciplinary treatment team meetings. Coordinating with pharmacies and doctors to order and pick up medications for both psychological and physical health. Assembling medications into med minders boxes for each client.
