SUMMARY: Looking for a Results-driven technical Business Analyst with expertise in requirements gathering, process optimization, and end-to-end project delivery. Adept at bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to implement solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and support strategic goals. Skilled in requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and project execution to drive operational efficiency and achieve strategic business objectives. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions - Work closely with product owners in the business to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions within budget and scope - Collaborate collected requirements to IT Enterprise Apps delivery team to communicate the business needs and how the solution - Develop appropriate technical documentation needed for systems/application development/deployment/support - Drive innovation and technical excellence by researching new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance our technical capabilities - Comply with EAA and IT standards, policies,...
