Full-time (64 hours biweekly) Weekdays, daytime hours; 7 am to 3:30 pm No Weekends and No Holidays: Sign On Bonus Eligible: Program Description: Diversion (Adult Residential Treatment Program) Mission including population served: The mission of the Diversion program is to provide individuals with a serious and persistent mental illness and on-going significant issues with social supports, living skills and lack of natural supports with a safe environment to develop emotional, relational and daily living skills required to be more successful in their independence in the community. Program participants have an active role in their treatment and will be encouraged to take full advantage of the opportunities available in the community . Services provided: The Lancaster Diversion Program is a short-term residential program for Lancaster County residents who are adults with a serious and persistent mental illness. The intention of the program is to divert persons from more intensive inpatient treatment (ie state hospital or Extended Acute Unity).
