Business Development Manager – Federal Contracts General Summary: The Business Development Manager is responsible for positioning Futron as a competitive prime contractor and teaming partner within the U.S. Federal Government space. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and pursuing contract opportunities—particularly within DoD and civilian agencies—and developing strategic partnerships to grow revenue across Futron’s contract vehicles. Minimum Required Experience: 10+ years of successful business development experience within the Federal Government sector. Applicants without direct federal contracting experience will not be considered. Proven success identifying, qualifying, and capturing Federal contracts, task orders, and recompetes . Demonstrated experience working with DoD or Federal Civilian agencies , government acquisition processes, and multi-year contract strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Highly Preferred Experience: Established network of Federal contracting decision-makers, primes, and teaming partners.
