Work Schedule: This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are 12:30pm - 9:00pm, Monday through Friday. The position requires working 50–60% of the time in the Emergency Department. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to: - Engage with patients and visitors as they enter the hospital with energy and enthusiasm. - Complete health screening questions with patients and visitors or direct them to area-specific health screening workflows. - Ensure the smooth flow of patients and visitors at all designated entrances of UW Health locations navigating them throughout the facility. - Ensure supplies are stocked and keep the entrance area neat and organized.
