Job purpose: BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems (PDS) is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Recruiter/Sourcer at our Krakow Technical Center in Poland. In this role, you will support recruitment processes with a strong emphasis on active candidate sourcing, screening, and employer branding activities . You will focus on Talent Acquisition, but you will also support local technical center team with other activities related to employees’ life cycle: onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation and record keeping.
