We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to ensure development, optimization, and validation of processes and systems to support the manufacturing scale-up of our cable assemblies. This position is full-time, onsite, 2nd shift, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities: - Ensures smooth transfer of products from process engineering builds to production-ready status. - Participate in SQCD meetings for all products. - Conduct process optimization for efficiency improvements and cost savings. - Develop new fixtures and automation as necessary. - Conducts root cause failure analysis and corrective actions for production parts. - Supports IQ/OQ/PQ as the engineering liaison to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager for all new equipment purchases. - Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout. - Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods.
