This position is responsible for the successful development, coordination and implementation of productivity & continuous improvement evaluations, times study methodologies and capturing lessons learned in WI and the Midwest. Additional responsibilities include conducting jobsite / office productivity evaluations, the development and refinement of related systems and processes, acting as a coach & mentor and conducting continuous improvement / productivity training to foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of a PC and the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel & PowerPoint. Lean Six Sigma Green belt preferred.
