Job DetailsJob Location: McHenry & Kane County - Crystal Lake, IL 60012Salary Range: $41,000.00 - $41,000.00 Salary/yearThis position is accountable for producing maximum sales and distribution of draft and/or package products and providing quality service to all customers on an assigned route. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Adhere to Company programs and policies that will result in the safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales, and minimized returns. Maintain a clean driving record. Monitor and control inventory levels for each account by conducting a physical inventory and restocking all coolers and in store space and displays to provide maximum availability of products while maintaining quality control and freshness standards. Adhere to and/or support draught beer quality standards, including proper handling, storage, and basic draught system best practices to ensure optimal product presentation. Responsible for negotiating, obtaining, maintaining, and updating all Point-of-Sale materials at each retailer’s location.
