FULL-TIME OPEN AVAILABILITY NEEDED: $19.31 - $20.81 PER HOUR: GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to assist the Cheese Sales Manager with selling Harmons’ specialty cheese items by giving remarkable customer service, and ensuring the department maintains quality standards and profitability. This person will assist in maintaining product levels of all products in the specialty cheese department. This person will have a passion for cheese and the ability to share that passion with our associates and customers. This person will help determine production and inventory levels for the cheese department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures - Ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services the specialty cheese department provides - Ensures the department is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance - Assist with maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the department - Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items - Delivers excellent customer service to all customers - Orders prod...
