Position Overview: The Shop Laborer position is responsible for assisting the supervisors of the shop and/or department. This position is responsible for the maintenance of all company equipment. The Shop Laborer is responsible for assisting the Shop Manager and Shop Mechanics in their daily duties. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) - Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task. - Properly follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
