Job Description: We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our team supporting story-driven, open-world RPGs like The Witcher and Cyberpunk franchises. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the UX research direction for assigned projects, ensuring that player experience remains central to our development process. Working closely with product managers, game design, and project leadership, you will play a key role in translating game vision and design intent into actionable research plans, answering critical design questions throughout development, and delivering insights that help teams iterate toward the intended experience.
