Job description

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in data structures and algorithms, Python programming language (including libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn), Linux shell scripting, DBMS (e.g. MySQL, Redis), Tensorflow/PyTorch (preferred), Docker, stochastic processes, statistical learning, and machine learning (particularly deep learning). Expertise in Google Cloud Services (GCP) is a plus. The candidate must have a track-record of publications/scientific writing and have strong proficiency in all four skills of English language, particularly experience in writing scientific manuscripts. A Research Associate in Health Service Research (HSR) works independently and leads projects. The primary focus is on health care policy and cutting edge research to design, develop, and test strategies that transform patient care and outcomes. Research may be interchangeable with Epidemiology, but only in the Department of Quantitative Health Sciences.
