Building Location: Building B - St Marys Medical Center Department: 2007900 MAINTENANCE - SMMC HOSP Job Description: Leads and directs the functions of Facilities and Maintenance. Consults with and advises senior leadership relative to facility operations to ensure optimal functioning. Oversees the activities related to maintenance. Estimates, plans and controls departmental budget in line with the organization’s goals. Education Qualifications: Key Responsibilities: - Well versed in all aspects of Facilities Management, with a proven track record of success - Oversees, implements, and directs the Essentia’s Maintenance Departments in Duluth. - Plans, organizes, coordinates, and controls plant operations and maintenance activities in the West Market. Ensures Essentia’s physical structures and operating equipment are properly maintained and comply with local and federal cods and standards - Develops and reviews Essentia’s system departmental policies and procedures concerning the physical operations and maintenance of the facilities.
