Talent Acquisition Coordinator Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for Western Canada, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for administrative support and full cycle recruitment of entry level salaried hires supporting our Operations and Corporate groups. This position will be based out of the Calgary office. What You Will Be Working On - Support the Talent Acquisition team with position postings, offer letters and other administrative tasks within Workday. - Support the Talent Acquisition team in conducting full cycle recruitment of junior or entry level salaried roles. - Assist TA team with reference and background checks - Maintain job description library within SharePoint - Manage LinkedIn Recruiter profile by maintaining and updating all job postings. - Manage employment inquiries (resumes, applications, telephone calls, walk-ins). - Manage the Employee Referral Bonuses program. - During peak hiring periods, assist the Talent Acquisition team in conducting first-level phone screens, confirming credentials and work experience based on site specific safety conditions and requirements. - Other duties as directed by the Senior Manager, Talent Acqu...
