Company: Qualcomm Technologies International Ltd Job Area: Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Quality Assurance Engineering General Summary: Job Overview · This is a technical customer facing role within the Quality Organization supporting Automotive customers based in Europe to provide leading edge automotive applications using the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon, Modem and 5G technology. · Focus on in region Automotive customers and manage customer quality issue resolution for Qualcomm products from customer development, mass production to field returns. · Work with Automotive customers and internal engineering teams to address quality issues and customer returns. · Update customers in a timely fashion regarding the status of quality issues or any requests . · Work closely with Customer Engineering / Applications teams to understand new product introduction status and feedback issues to Qualcomm quality organization. · Work with Automotive customers and Qualcomm internal teams to support customer APQP, required to bring up new products (Including documentation, risk assessment etc.). · Build strong relationships with customers .
