The Associate Director, Business Operations & Data Analytics, Diagnostic Imaging (DI) & Telemedicine (TM) will lead the business operations and data analytics functions across IDEXX Diagnostic Imaging and Telemedicine. You will be joining an entrepreneurial leadership team that is driving innovation, expanded care access, and growth in the veterinary imaging sector. This key role owns the operational backbone of our LOB organization; designing and scaling the processes, systems, and analytical frameworks that enable our teams to perform at their best. Your primary goal will be to advance operational capabilities & maturity, eliminate friction in our operations, unlock insight from our data, and deploy AI-powered solutions that accelerate decision-making and business outcomes.
