Role Summary: Flowserve is seeking a Technical Training Specialist for Pumps & Pump Systems, based in the Beaumont, Pasadena, or Port Arthur, TX area. In this role, you will deliver high‑quality training for internal teams and external customers through classroom, virtual, and hands‑on instruction. A key focus of this position—approximately 25–30% of your time—will be spent supporting Flowserve’s partnership with the pump laboratory at Lamar University. This includes teaching and mentoring students, coordinating activities with faculty and administration, and serving as a visible Flowserve ambassador on campus. The ideal candidate is passionate about technical education, experienced with rotating equipment, and skilled at building positive relationships across diverse groups.
