Warehouse Team Leader

Job description

Supporting and managing busy teams of Warehouse Operatives to ensure the achievement of daily picking, packing and other customer fulfilment targets. Reporting directly to the Team Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily management of an allocated department, ensuring the delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintaining consistent high standards. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will liaise closely with the Senior Team Leaders and other colleagues to effectively allocate resources and maximise productivity. You will also clearly communicate and monitor each operative’s daily targets to ensure all orders are picked and packed within the set timeframes.
