We are now looking for an exceptional Industrial Designer (Mid-Level) to join our growing global design team. This is a permanent on-site role based in our Malmö, Sweden studio, with a preferred start date in early 2026. Job Description: As an Industrial Designer at Above, you will get the opportunity to work with multi-disciplinary project teams on a diverse range of cutting-edge design and innovation projects for some of the world's most exciting clients. You will be an integral part and core presence on our design team, and have the opportunity to partake in all stages of the design and product development process - from research to concept definition, from hands-on prototyping to crafting compelling visualisations and design strategies. With a high-level of conceptual thinking and commitment to quality, you will have direct impact in shaping excellent project deliveries through craft and creativity. You will get the chance to drive smaller engagements independently, and often work in medium-large projects as part of cross-functional teams, acting as an ambassador of the industrial design discipline while closely collaborating with senior colleagues.
