The Martindale-Brightwood Community Development Corporation: Small Business Support Intern strengthens the local business ecosystem by supporting outreach, relationship-building, and community programs. This role focuses on ecosystem mapping, neighborhood business directory development, and providing logistical support for workshops and virtual meetings. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and committed to empowering local small businesses and neighborhood economic growth. Reports To: Small Business Director: Hours: Part-Time – 10 hours per week (some evening hours required) Location: In-person/ Occasional Field Work Key Responsibilities & Time Allocation: 1. Ecosystem Mapping & Relationship Building – 35% business ecosystem. 2. Martindale-Brightwood Quality of Life Pillar Member – 25% development. 3. Neighborhood Business Directory Development – 20% resources. 4. Workshop Coordination & Virtual Meeting Support – 15% 5.
