Job Description The Sport Clubs Coach II (Badminton) is responsible for the coaching of the assigned Badminton club(s). Duties: General : Responsible for coordinating practices; home and away competitions; and tournaments. Must be able to teach a wide array of participants from beginners to experienced high school and collegiate athletes. Properly instruct fundamentals and technique. Administrative: The coach will assist club leadership with short and long-term goals and a plan of action for the academic year. Performs other duties as assigned to support the department, division, and university. Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferred: Candidates must have, as a minimum: two years’ experience coaching at the youth, high school, junior college or collegiate club level and be a High School Graduate/GED Two years’ experience coaching at the youth, high school, junior college or collegiate club level and be a High School Graduate/GED.
