Job Description Nordstrom operates a $218M restaurant and specialty coffee business across 191 locations and 17 concepts. We are actively modernizing the technology that powers it: a new POS is live , and we are now focused on Labor Management and Inventory Management. This role leads and supports the Restaurant product management team. The Manager of Product Management for Restaurants defines and executes the multi-year capability strategy for this modernization, builds and leads a high-performing team of PMs, and develops and manages strategy with cross-divisional restaurant business stakeholders. The domain sits at the intersection of complex third-party software, enterprise integration, and a business that carries operational complexity that better technology can meaningfully redu ce. What you’ll do: Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for Restaurant technology, with near -term focus on Labor Management and Inventory Management system implementation and integration , as well as POS maturation .
