Director of Golf Instruction

Job description

As a member of the Golf Operations team, the Director of Instruction will be required to meet and exceed guest demands with regard to all golf instruction conducted on property and assist golf operations staff as deemed necessary by the Director of Golf. The Director of Instruction is responsible for all facets of golf instruction that takes place on the property to include daily clinics, private instruction, junior golf programs, any golf team associated programs, and club fitting and general club repair. Additional requirements relating to leveraging industry contacts to grow membership, rounds of golf, group events and general resort awareness are also required. Essential Functions: Administer junior golf camps throughout the summer.
