Job Title: Roadshow Coordinator, ECM Reports To: Sr. Managing Director, Head of Equity Capital Markets Department: Investment Banking Location: New York , NY Salary Range: $135,000 - $145,000: The ECM team is looking to hire a Roadshow Coordinator in New York to plan, execute and manage all logistics related to deal roadshows. This is a hands-on role requiring ownership of the coordination and management of these activities. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist the execution of ECM transactions - Execute planning and logistics for all stages of a roadshow including, but not limited to, managing the overall schedule, ordering catering, booking cars, booking travel, pulling investor profiles, etc. - Work closely with the internal ECM and deal teams for flawless execution - Effectively communicate with management, internal teams, and joint-bookrunners - Deliver high quality client service Job Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years’ experience in the coordination of planning corporate events and/or road shows in the financial services industry preferred. - High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Be able to work under p...
