Description Grizzly Security Armored Express is seeking to fill a Cash Logistics Support role in our Helena, MT Market . This role supports the branch supervisor in daily cash vault activities as well as administrative duties. This position includes but is not limited to the unrestricted physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lifting of items weighing from 30-55 lbs. This position is typically Mon-Fri and requires some flexibility to work 8-10 hours per day. Responsibilities: - Package and audit currency for quality and accuracy; this includes packaging bagged currency. - Verify customer deposits and prepare outgoing orders. - Audit and balance vault inventories. - Keep up frequent communication and correspondence with Grizzly Security branches and personnel. - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. - Replenish and maintain production supplies. - Maintain inventory control. - Clean and maintain equipment and work areas. - Provide office support, which includes answering phone calls, assisting dispatch, and operating Microsoft Office programs. - Continuously adhere to all Company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements...
