Description Role Summary: The Supply Chain Associate supports daily supply chain operations by coordinating purchasing, logistics, and inventory activities to ensure materials and products are delivered on time and accurately. The role collaborates with internal teams and suppliers, tracks orders and shipments, maintains documentation and system accuracy, and supports process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control. Role Responsibilities and Essential Functions: - Support end-to-end supply chain activities including planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and transportation - Create, track, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time and in-full delivery of materials and products - Verify supplier pricing, quantities, and delivery terms to ensure accuracy and cost control - Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including load tracking and delivery appointment confirmation - Assist with freight scheduling, carrier communication, and resolution of late, short, or damaged shipments - Prepare and maintain shipping and freight documentation, ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements - Monitor supplier and carrier performance, e...
