Senior Business Systems Analyst (m/f) Hybrid Setting: MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead or contribute to multiple applications, technology projects, and strategic initiatives. - Configure systems, perform testing, deploy solutions, and provide post-implementation support. - Document functional specifications and define system scope aligned with business needs. - Identify process improvements and recommend new technologies. - Manage system issues, change management, and root cause analysis.
