Job description

Key responsibilities and duties: Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Conduct all work in accordance with company policies, health and safety procedures, quality procedures, manufactures and customer specification and industry regulations. Raise Non-conformance reports as necessary. Carry out extensive Inventory of components/accessories. Checking for any damage, anomalies and that all supporting documents are correctly completed. Disassemble accessories to an acceptable level depending on customer/OEM manual requirements. Carry out cleaning of components as appropriate and according to manual instruction. Inspect all relevant components and identify items for serviceability, scrap, rework or refit using product information and OEM manuals, in accordance with company procedures and Quality Manuals. Ensure all components for rebuilding are to required specifications. Assemble accessories to defined manual standard ensuring fit, clearance and modification levels are accurate.
