GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Undergraduate Business Career Advancement Manager provides guidance in areas of personal and professional development for Undergraduate Business School students including career coaching and career related services/programming to support the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Career Development , performing specific duties in identified areas and working independently toward carrying out departmental objectives utilizing the knowledge and application of departmental and University policies and procedures. Moreover, the Manager will develop strategy and implement the planning, development, and administration of career and employment assistance programs for students.
