Summary We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Program Lead to direct end-to-end delivery of a large-scale federal operations, training, and mission support program. The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of enterprise program management expertise, deep workforce leadership, and hands-on experience managing the full personnel lifecycle from active recruiting and talent acquisition strategy through onboarding, retention, and workforce development across a large, geographically distributed team. This is a senior, high-visibility role requiring an executive-level leader who can serve as the face of the program to government stakeholders while simultaneously driving operational excellence across multiple functional areas. This position is contingent upon contract award.
