Department: Catholic Schools Status: Exempt, Full-Time: POSITION SUMMARY: The Managing Director of Leadership Formation (MD) is a visionary that plays an integral and collaborative role in the recruitment, formation, and development of Catholic school leaders in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. The MD oversees the leadership recruitment and formation program. The Managing Director of Leadership Formation (MD) will be a transformational builder of people, culture, vision, and execution. Collaborating with the Chief of Leadership and Governance, the MD will inherit a robust program and will be asked to build on the previous leadership program, integrating all existing leadership formation programs into a seamless experience; expanding the program to reach more candidates; driving program performance through data-informed decision making (i.e. school/student performance metrics) to increase student achievement; evaluating existing programs for effectiveness; and, collaborating with peers in the department and in the field to ensure proper planning, coordination and outcomes for the success of school leaders participating in the program.
