SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist that will serve as a trusted advisor to the hiring managers and support business objectives and business relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as Customer Relationship Manager for assigned business groups Develop and update staffing priorities: Design and implement sourcing initiatives to attract and engage top-tier talent aligned with organizational goals. Conduct weekly customer relationship meetings and update staffing reports Source and staff open positions, recruit diverse candidates Work with hiring managers on recruitment and selection plans Negotiate and manage external recruiting resources Conduct reference checks and establish employment offers Develop talent sourcing approaches (direct recruiting, job fairs, internet recruiting) Refer team members to appropriate headquarters services (benefits, issue resolution, drug and alcohol-free program) QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field Minimum four years recruiting/HR experience or combination of higher education and experience Construction recruiting experience is strongly preferred Demonstrate strong willingness...
