As a Digital Client Service Associate within the Private Bank team you will be the primary point of contact for all online related needs of Private Bank clients. You will work in a team-oriented environment with Bankers, product partners, and operations teams to deliver a seamless and integrated approach to the client online experience. Job responsibilities: - Provide exceptional service and flawless execution on client requests and inquiries - Follow the firm’s controls policies and procedures and regulations as well as protecting client assets against potential fraud activities - Engage with respective client facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client transactions Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Interest in technology - Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook - 3+ years of experience in similar roles - Strong problem solving acumen Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Prior experience working in a high call volume environment JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financia...
