We are seeking a Residential Support Worker within our Client and Residency Management team! This role is a SCHADS Level 4.1 to 4.4 ($90,738 - $97,634 pro rata, pay point dependent on experience, plus 12% superannuation and up to $15,990 salary packaging). This is a part-time (0.6) max term (6 months) contract. About the role: Working as part of a dynamic team, the Residential Support Worker assists the work of refuge family violence case managers to implement goals and meet needs identified in client case plans. The Residential Support Worker has the primary responsibility to assist in the coordination and delivery of practical support and resources for women and children in refuge accommodation, experiencing family violence and trauma. The role also requires identifying community resources and linking clients to community-based activities and services.
