Woodruff Arts Center employees play an integral role in creating and supporting great art and education initiatives at the nation’s third largest arts center. Comprised of three Art Partners—Alliance Theatre, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and High Museum of Art—there’s a role for everyone at The Woodruff. Reports to: Director of Finance FLSA: United States of America (Exempt) Employment Status: Regular/Full time POSITION SUMMARY: The Data Operations Analyst is a key member of the Alliance Theatre team responsible for ensuring the accuracy, structure, and integrity of education programming data, with a primary focus on Tessitura, TNEW and related ecosystem partners. This role supports the setup, maintenance, and reporting of education programs, including camps, classes, workshops, and community initiatives, while also helping improve digital experiences such as online registration and the customer shopping cart. The individual will collaborate across Education, Finance, and external partners to ensure smooth data operations, reliable reporting, and excellent customer-facing functionality.
