PRIMARY FUNKTION Engineers, automates, and optimizes businesscritical systems to improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and organizational performance. Centered on designing and developing scalable application solutions, building advanced automations, extending Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities to modernize workflows, replace legacy processes. Serves as a technical liaison between IT, operations, payroll, client delivery, and external vendor partners translating nuanced, ever-evolving compliance and workforce management demands of the industry into scalable, secure, and efficient architectural solutions. Partnering closely with Director, IT, Solutions Architect focuses on architecting and deploying solutions that ensures enterprise applications are reliable, efficient, and optimized for both internal operations and clientfacing needsdirectly contributing to streamlined processes, improved productivity, and overall business success.
