As a Consult Partner, you will play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and creating strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite — spanning the intersection of complex business and IT transformation. We are hiring a Consult Partner to drive meaningful growth within an existing portfolio of insurance accounts. These accounts have foundational relationships in place but represent significant white space — limited Kyndryl footprint with substantial runway for expansion.
