The Employee benefits Account Executive will retain and grow business by servicing and managing client and prospective client relationships through collaboration with team members to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve client satisfaction, and drive new business opportunities. How You Will Contribute: - Manage and retain the existing book of business while pursuing new growth opportunities through networking, referrals, cross-selling, and strategic business planning. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, carrier partners, and internal stakeholders across the organization. - Plan, direct, and manage the renewal process for health and life coverages, recommending appropriate insurance solutions, alternative strategies, plan modeling, and cost‑reduction opportunities. - Ensure all renewal, sales, and insurance operations meet compliance requirements and are accurately documented in the agency manageme...
