We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team in Orlando, FL ! The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have the ability to create customized proposals and marketing materials. Responsibilities include producing high-quality proposals, working in conjunction with the Marketing and Business Development Team to create custom responses that address the specific criteria of each pursuit. Create and maintain standard marketing collateral, as well as occasional custom materials, including project profile sheets, brochures, etc. Support the firm’s social media efforts to ensure a regular online presence.
